clicking in the context menu ith your weapon down fires "phantom bullets" #153

Describe the bug the bullets you fire do no damage and dont drain your ammo

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. take out a weapon and keep it lowered
  2. open the context menu, alt + c by default
  3. left click

Expected behaviour no bullets fire at all, no sound, no muzzle flash, nothing

Schema version (press F1 in the bottom right): 1.4.2

an issue since impulse opened, wont fix
