APCs Not being able to spawn via terminal #171

Describe the bug You can't spawn an APC Via The Combine Vehicle Terminal as EOW+

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to The apc garage
  2. Press E on the terminal as EOW+
  3. Attempt to spawn an APC
  4. See error

Expected behaviour Spawn the apc with no problem
