Can't buy rank 60% on the rank vendor #179

Describe the bug I am unable to buy rank 60% on the rank vendor and I have 98 SC and 3k xp at the time of making this issue

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to the cp rank vendor
  2. Click on Ranks and then click on rank 60%
  3. See that you are unable to purchase it

Expected behavior I expect to be able to buy rank 60%
