Describe the bug
vanilla_hl2rp_printvcs categories do not work. I've typed in a category and it says "[vanilla] No such voice category.". I've checked my typing 2 times for grammatical errors and there was none.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
Type vanilla_hl2rp_printvcs CMB_Wallhammer for example in console

The categories should be fixed and voicelines should be assigned to them.
