F3 reports are not functioning #196

Describe the bug Whenever a player creates a report (F3), the moderator is unable of seeing or getting ahold of it.

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Create an F3
  2. Let a mod see that the F3 doesn't pop up in the reports section

Schema version (press F1 in the bottom right): Latest Lua error N/A

Additional context I submitted a report with 4 updated messages but the moderator wasn't able to see my report. (The mod was ThePanMan)
