Horizontal USP #216

USP sits horizontally on the hip instead of vertically

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Log onto CP
  2. Be an i3 or higher
  3. Exist
  4. See error

USP should sit vertically

impulse version: 1.71 Nova Aurora version: 1.3.1
