AOS cannot use the AR2 EOW/OCU cannot use /shellbeach

To reproduce Go on AOS and see Any EOW can confirm

Nothing will happen when trying to get the AR2 It says "You do not have clearance to open shell beach"

Wait not getting an ar2 as AOS is a bug? Everyone told me it was intended! That only EOW+ were allowed to get an AR2 and it was just worded weirdly.

Pretty sure it is a bug yeah because in the description it says AOS+/Ranger/Sentinel so AOS is intended to get it ive also made an issue on this

No CP SV Ranks can open it either.

RANGER also can't get the AR2.
