Bugged Achievement: Apartment with 9 Other Players.

Describe the bug I attempted to unlock the achievement 'Apartment Living' by living in an apartment with nine other players on the HL2RP server. Despite meeting all the necessary conditions and residing in the apartment for an extended period, the achievement did not unlock as expected.

Expected behaviour After fulfilling the conditions and living in the apartment with nine other players, the 'Apartment Living' achievement should have unlocked.
