Expired BsLs stay on the Tracker #236

Describe the bug Title

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Be RL+/EOW+
  2. Goto PDA
  3. Goto BsL Trck after BsLs expire
  4. See Expired BsLs stay there.

Expected behaviour BsLs that expire are meant to go away.

Schema version (press F1 in the bottom right): Impulse Version: 1.74 | Nova Aurora Version: 1.3.2

Was not really a bug issue but fixed
