ICT is still broken #240

Describe the bug ICT still doesn't have spore spawns

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go on Research Union
  2. Put on da ICT suit
  3. Walk around 404 zones aimlessly
  4. No Spore Spawns! what!!!

Expected behavior Spore spawns in SB, Sewers, or Outlands that can then be taken back to the lab and analyzed for credit reward.

Schema version (press F1 in the bottom right): 1.4 Nova Aurora / 1.74 Impulse Lua error N/A Additional context I'm sorry if it seems like we are pestering, but seriously I don't understand what's so difficult about fixing this when it used to be such a core selling point of Nova Aurora. There is still a lot of interest in this class, but I feel like it's been forgotten.
