CP (and probably OTA) OS bootup isn't showing up #244

Describe the bug When you select your rank and division, the OS bootup screen does not show up.

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Get on CP/OTA
  2. Select your division and rank
  3. See for yourself

Expected behaviour OS bootup screen should properly function like before.

Fixed on auto server restart
