Combine Ban Doesn't Work #67

Describe the bug When you Combine Ban someone it still allows them to go combine.

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Combine ban a player
  2. The player can switch to CP or OTA
  3. See error

Expected behaviour The player should not be able to switch back to Combine

impulse version (press F1 in the bottom right): 1.74 Lua error If applicable, post the error here in full.
