Describe the bug Ranger EOW items greyed out for some reason

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go ranger EOW
  2. Speak to requisition officer
  3. MP5K, EVR Scope or long range module are greyed out

Expected behaviour that the items would not be grayed

impulse version (press F1 in the bottom right): 1.74
