Suit Battery #96

Describe the bug Suit battery setting your SPS Charge to 100 when you use it whilst having more than 100 SPS Charge

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Become OTA [Mace/Ranger]
  2. Damage your suit to 105 or more
  3. Use Suit Battery
  4. See error

Expected behaviour Expected it to add more suit charge
