Support PATCH request #6

Some Mastodon API requires PATCH request to use API. But I can't find any method to make PATCH request.

Example of API requires PATCH request:

@vanita5 Would you have the time to publish the new version to NPM? A new release would make it easier to use this feature.

I hope I don't have to maintain this for long, but I put the updated version on NPM as a new package:
