Freeze while resizing folder window #227

While resizing a folder window, sometimes the shell view will get caught in a loop of showing/hiding scroll bars. This happens when it tries to show/hide both the vertical and horizontal scroll bars at the same time.

This seems to happen less frequently in Windows 11.

Also has something to do with the column width "snapping" that seems to happen at certain sizes
