If you don't mind I'm gonna dump all the stuff I've thought of over the course of the game.
all of pans roster gains xp shapes
every unit has a sacred final xp shape that represents the unit in question making it sacred because the gigapan is sacred for having made it should be very hard to reach
add a unit called skinnyfats with 1 strength and a useless kick that xp shape int dyels
dyels can xp shape into new lifters
new lifters xp shapes get continously heavier armor as they get stronger and are thus moving on to heavier weights
harpies get increased mapmove from stronger wings
centauride crossbows get larger crossbows as they xp up
minotaurs become gains guards after four stars worth of xp
minotaurs and gains guards switch out their axes for barbells
gain a satyr hero who wears heavy armor 24/7 in order to keep his freakishly strong muscles working out at all times so it doesn't crush him
add demon steroid magic (from marignon) in blood that is forbidden due to not being natty
give the lit centaur xp shapes that make his head bigger, potentially give alternate xp shape that increases body size instead for better thugging not sure how easy to mod though
National XP items
global called something like gym advertising that freespawns new lifters in events every early spring and early summer
each higher xp shape costs more upkeep due to needing more protien to maintain their muscles
cardio goats (maybe xp shaped ones) can dom freespawn skinnyfats or dyels who show up to stare at her ass
add Zyzz as national hero
give national spell summon buff animals. see pic related
demon roid abusing blood earth nature mages with heretic summoned from blood magic
have the jungle gym be upgradable at ~const 8-9 to give more xp
give dyels a chance of disbanding every month in the same vein as subartus graverobbers
