Integrate corpus updater script into ELAN #10

Follow-up to #1
Add as a menu item under File > Multiple File Processing
To discuss: where to specify the ECV location? Load from each EAF file, so that they can also be different? Or specify the URL for the whole folder (with subfolders) to be updated?

This was already done in #1 and tested by @richardbank. The ECVs are now loaded from the EAFs, so there is no need to know about the which ECVs exist. The down side is that the user cannot control which ECV is used.
