Hide tooltip in timeline if video is displayed #19

The tooltip on an annotation in the timeline (if enabled in the preferences) now appears over the video. Suggest to simply suppress it when video is displayed.

Ah, I thought I covered this, but apparently not. I will look into this right now.

Hey, could it be possible for you to take a few screenshots of how these ELAN-Signbank functionalities work? It is pretty hard for me to test these, because I don't have the ELAN test versions, I don't have a backend that supports the package functionality etc. But I would still like to see it in action, a video would be even better than screenshots! I am sure many people would be interested to see this feature in action, maybe even give feedback.

If you give me 10 days, I'll have a first version of a screencast that includes this. I started on this a few weeks ago, it now only contains the ECV story.
