Switch ECV drop-down menu language when 'Language of multilingual content' is changed

The language of multilingual content of glosses can be changed via Options -> Language of multilingual content. After doing so, however, when double-clicking a gloss, the content language that was selected when the file was opened is maintained in the drop-down menu and does not switch to the new content language.

Make it so that the language of the drop-down menu is the same as the language chosen for multilingual content
Make sure that the order in which items are displayed in the drop-down menu is alphabetical in the chosen language.

Fixed. Please test with the latest jar (the 4.9.3 one).
