Reason for request: ELAN is blocked from doing anything when cache is created after requesting info about a lexical item in the Lexicon tab. Also, it would be nice for the user to know when it is ready, so when s/he can go and test the timeline videos for instance. This would be a reason to also display a progress bar for the first setup through the lexicon services menu item.
