Display video from Signbank when scrolling through ECV list

• Create a preference setting for showing either the description field in a second column or the video -- or find another way to toggle the two (+shortcut)
• Signbank already allows for the uploading of additional videos; one of those could be a special cropped and trimmed version of the citation form, compressed to lower bitrate. Esp. the trimming at the beginning is important, so that users immediately see the movement of the sign and don't have to wait for the transition from rest position to the start of the sign.

It works well with the small videos, although they still take a second (500msec?) to load. Really cool! This is going to boost our annotation quality. One thing goes wrong: the setting for the width of the 'inline edit box' is not correctly read, it either uses the previous setting (which was 600px in my case), or simply a fixed width of about 500-600px. (I turned off the description field so that I just see the gloss and the movie, then reduced the width setting to ensure that videos don't fall off the right edge of my screen.)
