Bring LOBSTAHS repo into alignment with Bioc Git server #29

Bioconductor has now fully transitioned from SVN to Git. This requires users to configure some new remotes on their local machines; also will require merging of our Git commit history with what was ported over at Bioconductor from SVN to Git.

I resolved this with a merge in fa27b54e21fa3e231c838b98f57078501b75b05b, largely by following the directions at https://www.bioconductor.org/developers/how-to/git/sync-existing-repositories/

Link also includes directions on how to configure remotes properly for the new Bioc Git server.
