Fix multiple issues with recent commits #32

Fix multiple issues that got pushed in commits acf8a766fea239dae5b8c7bfd92065e8982573fb, 87bc5c6d4c9d43f30f4164ae6b80a2738064d598

These issues include:

  1. Formatting/style inconsistent with Bioconductor style
  2. Improper versioning
  3. New R objects weren't generated for the new database
  4. Some xlsx and csv files were committed to the wrong location
  5. Others

These all really should get fixed before the new package is pushed upstream to Bioconductor

Finally fixed this with a series of commits: d377f9f5d03519cd5e81674f18648e65d3b952f7 through bf953e9b63e350ac146cf417f84d89dffb425ad9 (all on August 30, 2021). Currently at version 1.19.2.
