Output stream of old chat continues on new chat #476

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'New Question'
  2. Enter new question and send
  3. Go to 'New Question'

Expected behavior Ability to enter new question and stop output of old question

Actual behaviour Old question output continues in new question dialog
