Enhancement: Add Dodge to character sheet #50

It would be nice to have Dodge (Reaction + Intuition) output on the character 
sheet, as there are things that effect dodge outside Reaction and Intuition and 
it would be nice to have a quick lookup value for number of dice to roll.
