Ares Crusader RC too high #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add an Ares Crusader II to your character
2. Check the total recoil compensation

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

An Ares Crusader II has a built in Gas-Vent 2 system and no other system to 
compensate recoil. The recoil compensation should therefor be 2 + STR/3.

In Chummer5 though you'll get 4 + STR/3, probably because the Ares Crusader II 
base "object" has 2 points of RC and then the Gas Vent 2 adds 2 more points.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chummer 5.135 on W7 SP1 64-bit
