Dweet notification service #1

Does this gem allow subscription based notification service for dweets ? Instead of polling which your gem allows, I would like my widget to be notified when dweet pushes new updates. Somewhat like in freeboard.io dashboard but in my Sinatra app.

@cyrus007 At this time, the project does not support push for server updates, sorry. I have to find some times and find the proper way to implement that. Your ideas are welcomed!
