Add the azure CI pipeline and updated readme with new swift and azure badges #61

The pipeline can be found here: https://dev.azure.com/sahilmgandhi/Mac%20Assistant%20CI/_build?definitionId=1

We will have to update it to point to the official repo and the appropriate branch in the official repo as well.
