Whitespace cleanup only.

The ONLY changes in this commit are simple whitespace cleanup:

• Remove trailing spaces and tabs at the end of lines.
• Replace CRLF newlines with normal LF newlines.
• Add final newline to text files which did not end with one.

This is easily verified by running "git show -w" on this commit, which will be empty because there are no changes except to whitespace.
