Not sure when it broke, but now when loading content after being edited my MS Word, garbage characters are inserted into the content body. Looks to be a character encoding issue.
The feature is also just buggy in general, which also has to do with the HtmlEditor itself, which is buggy in general.
A better design for this system overall might be to do more handling/processing on the back-end, such as within the SimpleCAS
