z1d instance type not available in Cape Town region #557

when you filter in cape town, and search for z1d instance type, it looks like its available, but according to https://aws.amazon.com/ec2/pricing/on-demand/, the z1d is not in Cape Town

@jojo786 I just looked at this and believe that z1d instance types are now properly shown as "unavailable" on ec2instances.info for the Cape Town region.
