CPU clock speed might be floored to integer value #676

Example: https://instances.vantage.sh/aws/ec2/m5a.2xlarge I see 'Clock Speed: 2' 2023-01-04 at 17 14

However when looking at this instance on the main page: https://instances.vantage.sh/?filter=m5a.2xlarge&cost_duration=monthly&compare_on=true&selected=m5a.2xlarge

I see a clock speed of 2.5GHZ: 2023-01-04 at 17 16

I noticed the same for the m6a.2xlarge instance type
