D3 and D3EN are not NVMe #717

D3 and D3EN are not NVMe. They are HDD. https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/aws/ec2-update-d3-d3en-dense-storage-instances/

@AsaiWiz according to this table they are NVME, https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/instance-store-volumes.html. Perhaps the designation changed since that announcement? image
