Episode 3 slides + content updated #97

This PR includes the slides for Chapter 3. After working on these, and rechecking the exercises on the v6-server, I found a better sequence (flow) for them, which is also on the updated version of the corresponding markdown file.

@frankcorneliusmartin I think it would be relatively easy to add to this material (slides and markdown) an optional KM exercise. I'm creating this PR early to prevent you from adding it to the old version of Chapter 3.

What does this mean? If you have source files that require output and figures to be generated (e.g. R Markdown), then it is important to make sure the generated figures and output are reproducible. This output provides a way for you to inspect the output in a diff-friendly manner so that it's easy to see the changes that occur due to new software versions or randomisation.
