Fix RSS link #40

Fixes #39

The href value was not surrounded with double curly braces, so the .Permalink was not being expanded.

@mapitman Apologies for not seeing this request! Thank you very much for your contribution. I hope to be able to update this project soon, but other projects are taking up a lot of time.
