Galactic Chart is not functional #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on Galactic Chart, nothing happens

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

1. Galactic chart should function similar to iPhone version. Search for 
systems, enable tracking, etc etc.

Bug is seen running Android Emulator 2.2 Target

For me the Galactic Chart opens. But the search is case sensitive and tracking 
is not available.

Build: 5 -20100831094906
HTC Desire: OpenDesire 4.0 (Kernel 2.6.34.5 - Radio 5.10.05.17_2)

It is functional now including tracking. Have not tested for case sensitivity. 
It should NOT be case sensitive.
