Character class descriptions do not load

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch game
2. Select New game
3. Select any of the character class buttons.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect to see a popup message with a description of the character class.  
Instead nothing happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Version 1.  Eclair.

Please provide any additional information below.

These are called Skill and yes, the description doesn't work.
