"quest" not working #46

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In a planet, click on "special event", message "upgrade of skill point"
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The window under "upgrade of skill point" is empty. It took me a while to 
figure that it costs money. Would like to have the info on how much it costs.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Last download available. Android 2.2 - XP10

Issue with strings. This should now be resolved.
