Trader behavior with full cargo load #65

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Fill all holds with cargo.
2. Attempt trade with every trader encountered.
3. All traders are only interested in buying from me.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Only traders who want to buy from me hail me when I have a full cargo hold.
I notice that no trader tries to sell (only buyers hail me) when I am full of 
cargo.   I guess my hull is transparent ;).  I actually like this behavior, I 
just want to know if it is intentional and warn you in case it is not.

Now if only they could see how little money I have, too.  Then I would never be 
told I don’t have enough money on hand.  “Will you take a check?  Haha.”

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

      Dark Nova: 1.2
Android Droid X: 2.2.1 
 System Version: 2.3.340

It is intentional. Traders realize that your hold is full and therefore cannot 
sell you anything.
