What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. New game
2. Engineer button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected:

The ENGINEER skill determines how well you keep your ship in shape.  A good 
engineer will keep your hull and shields intact during a fight, repair them 
quicker while travelling, and may even enhance your weaponry to do more damage. 
 This makes the engineer skill important for both traders and pirates.  An 
Auto-repair system will enhance your engineering capabilities.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
A few typos to be fixed including:
- "determine"            should be "determines"
- "in shape.A"           should be "in shape. A"
- "fight will repair"    should be "fight, will repair"
- "repair the quicker"   should be "repair them quicker"
- "weaponary"            should be "weaponry"
- The sentence is a little cluttered.  I cleaned it up.
- "damage.This"          should be "damage. This"
- "both the traders and" _can_be_  "both traders and"
- "pirates.An"           should be "pirates. An"
- "the engineering"      _can_be_  "your engineering"
