What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
able to browse street view

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
With superior image compression to be able to save them for offline view.

That will be great, but there is a big difference from the Maps to Street View, 
the
maps are composed via tiles, but the Street View is Flash, we need some inside 
to
figure it out.

that is probably a layer, use fiddler to sniff the traffic:

The biggest challenge so far is getting the *panoid*, that pretty much controls 
the location.
