Hi, I'm not sure if you're still active but I've forked your project and did a few things:

Added AbstractRssBloggerScraper class for scraping blogspot website RSS feeds
- Inherited by BlogSpotProxyScraper
- Inherited by ProxyServerListScraper
- Inherited by TopProxysScraper
Removed deprecated scrapers
- PrimeSpeedScraper (website = gone)
- FoxToolsScraper (website = gone)
- ProxyDbScraper (website = almost gone, using offsets returns empty response body)
- SpysMeScraper (website = renewed with anti-scraping security, which is doable but way too much work for what you get)
Fixed a few issues with HideMyIpScraper causing unit tests to fail.

Coverage decreased (-1.4%) to 98.571% when pulling 14ff633ce9626b2b087905ae8d324223044801a6 on sleeyax:sleeyax into 5610aa33dd0ece5bfcd6c6d94e459a475e987167 on vantoozz:master.
