Related to #18

[ ] interface functions do not have any expressions (TODO: should fix it)
[ ] The property read/write access feature is not implemented.
[ ] Add get, set and never as keywords since they are used as access identifiers
[ ] Add compile time construct $type call see here

Yeah, you can go ahead and make tests for the read/write access one, even if the token/name is "wrong" I can pull/work off your branch and rename them if I feel like it should be.
