Is there any other device that compatible with hue-thief? Sonoff Bridge or Sonoff USB Stick? Cause the one listed is not available to purchase on my country.

fwiw, I was able to use it with the Home Assistant Skyconnect, which I believe is available worldwide here: https://www.home-assistant.io/skyconnect/

Or, if you need to buy a device specifically for this anyway, you might as well buy a Hue Dimmer Switch: https://hueblog.com/2018/01/11/reset-philips-hue-lamps-quickly-with-the-dimmer-switch/
