Possibility to temporarily block ip addresses when certain amount of failed 
logins are exceeded.

Login failure events already exist, so this requires only keeping record of 
ip's/login failures and 
mechanism for blocking requests.

This block is good against attackers. Block duration should be adjustable for 
administrator.
