Can you help me to change the diamond animation into a picture? in the placing 
objects demo?

did you check the code of the other setups where images are used? its pretty 
simple and without learning the basic knowledge about the components its not 
possible to create a propper AR application;)
the IO class can be used to load the image as a bitmap and the the glfactory 
class can be used to create a object which uses this bitmap.

Thank you Mr. Simon. One more thing please can you provide me a documentation 
for placing the objects? I just need to understand how the program flows.

For the documentation you will have to use the provided screencasts and the 
JavaDoc which is included in the code. The only way to realy understand what is 
going on, is to read and understand the code step for step, so start at the 
setup und also use "call hirarchy" and "type hirarchy" if you work with 
Eclipse. And the infos in the other issues here in googlecode might help you as 
well ;)
