Adds the MIT License

While refactoring the APNS implementation in our Apodini project we have noticed that this repository doesn't include a license (https://github.com/Apodini/Apodini/pull/241#issuecomment-777466028). We want to properly give credit where credit is due. As all other Vapor repositories use the MIT License I would suspect that is was an oversight that there is no LICENSE file in this repository.

Yes this is a definite oversight. I believe because the code was previously unlicensed we can add a licence without any issue as this isn't a change of licence. Thanks for the contribution!
