Remove checklist item for regenerating LinuxMain.swift #60

Since everything now uses --enable-test-discovery regenerating the LinuxMain and test manifests is no longer needed for new PRs

Checklist

[ ] The linuxMain.swift is regenerated using swift test --generate-linuxmain
