It took me quite a while to find the linked page, because I went to https://vapor.codes/ and clicked Fluent and that didn't go anywhere super useful. Then I didn't see the hamburger icon on https://docs.vapor.codes/4.0/ and clicked API docs and that was very much not helpful :P

The readme should link to https://docs.vapor.codes/4.0/fluent/overview/ or something I think. And you can set a URL for the repo in github, that should also point there.
